Full Web Site Design, Hosting, Domain Registration and Monthly Developing Proposal
This proposal includes web site design from our Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 upgradeable custom template. It also includes one year of hosting service. Moreover, there is one year domain name forwarding for one name included (yourdomain.com, net. and .org if available). The Full Site Package allows for two hours per month for 12 consecutive months for web site editing and upgrading text, photos, digital pagination, and search engine registration for your advertisements and announcements. Your renewal date will be determined based on time hosting is secured.See sample of full website
Two hours per month for 12 consecutive months for web site editing and upgrading includes a one-hour meeting (in person or via telephone) and one hour of technical web site paginating each month. Additional time is at the rate of $30.67 per hour.

Option 1: Payment Plan - Twelve Month Service Plan
$45.00 - for three domain names forwarding: yourdomain.com, .net, .org (if available) See our Hover link.
$108.00 - web hosting for one year (90- 60- 30-day renewal warnings)
$721.00 -website design and publishing for six- to 8-page web site- a PayPal socket is included.
$480.00 - twelve months of web editing at two hours per month (with one interactive form page).

$83.33 - twelve monthly payments start approximately 30 days after start of hosting period via PayPal.
Renewal after 12 months is $270.00 per year

Option 1: Discount Pricing Plan - 50/50 plan - 50% ($554.00) deposit then 50% ($554.00) upon completion.

$554.00 - at completion approx. Estimated 15 to 30 days depending on client preparations of text, photos, etc.

At the end of each year, if the web site requires no additional editing, the fee for the next year is $270.00 per year which includes hosting and Domain Name forwarding.
Customers may elect to continue iPublishweb.com services for the standard rate of $83.33 per month for 12 additional months.
Customers may also elect to continue to be listed on our @Directory.net services for the first 12 months of service.
All other considerations for upgrading after the first year are at the rate of $30.67 per hour.
PayPal account-setup for an ecommerce site is included in the cost of the web site full site pricing packages.
Add-ons
Add-ons take place (at additional expense) after the the original web site is launched unless negotiated prior.
All e-commerce sockets and shopping carts web design and costs are considered add-ons. PayPal is not an add-on. E-commerce sockets vary in cost and are an extra expense to the web site customer.
Form Pages - Addtional form pages are at the rate of $30.67 per hour. A typical page takes a minimum of two hours of technical writing and publishing. Depending on the volumn, You might be required to secure additional bandwidth. To see an example of a form page Click here.
